Ectopic eruption of supernumerary tooth into the nasal cavity is a rare phenomenon with diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This case report describes the diagnosis and management of an ectopic supernumerary tooth in the nasal floor of a 5-year old female patient. Clinical and radiographic assessment, confirmed the diagnosis, and the tooth was successfully extracted under local anaesthesia with uneventful healing. This case highlights the importance of comprehensive assessment and early intervention in the management of ectopic supernumerary teeth in children.
